Yukihiro started his career in finance - worked at Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (currently Mizuho FG) and Ministry of Finance of Japan.
After getting MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management, he joined McKinsey & Company and became Engagement Manager.
After McKinsey, he experienced various top management positions as a professional manager - Director & EVP at Alpen Group (IPO at Tokyo Stock Exchange), Director at Advantage Partners (the largest Japanese Private Equity Fund), CEO & President at Interbrand Japan, Country Head of Strategy & Insights at Google Japan.
In 2018, he became a Director, Senior Executive Vice President, CMO & CTO at Skylark Holdings, the largest restaurant chain in Japan with USD 3.5 billion sales and USD 4 billion market cap. He transformed Skylark into one of the most digitized restaurant chains in the world -- ML-based dynamic & personalized digital menus, 20 million downloaded app, Cloud POS system, etc.
Received Bachelor of Laws from The University of Tokyo in 1992.
Received MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School Management in 2001.
