Employees can be shared between affiliated stores registered in advance. Helps to eliminate severe labor shortages for restaurants.

1. Create employee sections

You can register sections such as kitchen, hall, dishwashing, and cash register for each employee. Multiple sections can be registered.

2. Register the required number of people in the shift model according to the number of customers

You can set the number of people required to serve customers and the number of people who can cook according to the number of customers entering the store by fifteen-minute increments. You can also set employees’ break time at a pre-set time.

3. Collect desired shifts from employees

Gather desired shifts from all employees. Employees can submit a desired shift from their smartphone without going to the store. Employees also can set their preferred shifts so that the system automatically submits their schedule request when an employee forgets to submit it.

4. Send help requests (extension, work on holidays, sharing with other stores) for sites where more labor is needed.

If the desired shift submitted by the employee for the schedule model is not sufficient, the system requests an employee who may be able work. If there is a labor shortage at your own store, an employee from another store can be requested to fill in.

5. Automatically set shifts and notify employees of confirmed schedules after confirmation

As soon as the shift adjustment is completed, employees can be notified of their schedules. Later, the store manager can check whether the employee has confirmed their schedule.
